It's been awhile since I wrote a Journal. As you can tell I have CS5 now yay! Hopefully I can pick up my personal art after everything I am doing for my career.

I know I have messed up so far as far as my career goes. I should have been searching and hunting and doing SO much more while I was still in school. Alas though I know I was meant to grow up and have this crap job so I could learn a thing or two about a real work environment and not restaurant only stuff.

So I am once again picking myself off my feet and attempting to be a Graphic Designer like the degree says I am. As soon as my brother gets the freelance website link from his school (lame I know) I am going to look for freelance work with my current crap portfolio. While I'm doing that I have a WHOLE NEW portfolio plan set out. I just have to do it all, and my plan is to do it all by the end of JULY! I have so much to do AH!!!!

I'm hoping to try to still do things that I love all at the same time including taking care of myself and my diabetes better as well as my daughter! Wish me luck but I have never been so happy to all of a sudden have so much to do! heh guess being motivated is a wonderful thing.

This is all in the hopes of moving out of my parent's house before the end of the year! That's my goal

It would mean a lot to me...I don't really like going into personal things like this, and it'll be hard to explain without going into a bit of detail, but...

The issue is that my parents have found another house that they want to buy, and are more than likely going to soon. They're tired of this place because they've been here forever and because there are so many repairs that need to be made that they just want to get out of here. But at the same time, I'm attached to this place and can't stand the thought of leaving it. Everytime it's mentioned, I get upset and I can't explain why because I don't even know, myself. I've been in this place pretty much since I was born

I've managed to talk with my mom a bit, and though it probably wouldn't be possible to straight up by the house off of her, we could arrange it to where we "rent" it each month. This means about $900 for mortgage, $280 for electricity, and $30 for water. Each month.
